HireSuite is organized around four objects that recur on almost every screen: workspaces, jobs, candidates and interviews. Once you can place a given page against one of these, the rest of the product reads consistently.
Workspaces and companies
A workspace is the billing and access boundary — it holds your team, your credit balance, your integrations and your job history. Everyone on the team signs in through the same cross-domain session, and if a browser holds more than one workspace's session at once, the realm picker in the topbar decides which one a given action applies to.
Jobs and pipelines
A job is a posting plus its pipeline: the ordered stages a candidate moves through, from sourcing to screening to interview to offer. Filters and searches you build while reviewing a job's candidates can be saved as a view from the campaign screen, so a recruiter picking the job back up later returns to the same slice of the list rather than the unfiltered default.
Candidates and records
A candidate record is workspace-scoped, not job-scoped — the same person's CV, match scores across every job they've been considered for, interview sessions, proctoring flags and reviewer notes all live under one record. Removing a job doesn't remove the candidate; it only removes that job's applications.
Interviews and scoring
AI interviews run in the same browser-based interview room whether the session is a real hiring interview or a candidate's practice run, and are scored against the ranking criteria configured on the job. Every scoring change, flag dismissal, or permission edit is written to the workspace's audit log — nothing you do here is silent.
