Seats, plans and billing

Updated September 11, 2026

Hiring workspaces are billed on a credit model rather than per-seat licensing — what you pay for is usage, not headcount.

How credits work

Your workspace wallet holds a credit balance that's drawn down per metered action — a CV parse, a minute of AI interview time, and so on. Top-ups are bought in packs from the Wallet screen, and a low-balance banner appears well before you'd hit zero mid-batch, with an optional auto-top-up so a large screening run never stalls on funds.

Plans

Free, Premium and Enterprise plans differ in included credit volume, burst throughput on CV screening, and support channels — Premium unlocks live chat and screen share, Enterprise adds priority phone support and a dedicated CSM.

Inviting teammates doesn't cost credits

Team seats are unlimited on every paid plan. Adding a recruiter, an interviewer or a viewer never touches your credit balance — only the actions they take against candidates and interviews do.

Invoicing

Workspaces on an annual plan can switch from card to invoice billing: Billing → Payment method → Request invoicing. Finance typically approves within one business day, and the change takes effect at your next renewal rather than mid-cycle.
