Practice interviews

Updated August 28, 2026

Practice interviews run through the same interview room used for real hiring interviews, minus proctoring, so you can rehearse the format before it counts.

Starting a session

Pick a role or track, and the session generates questions matched to it. Each question runs on its own timer, and the room does a camera and microphone check before the clock starts so a hardware issue doesn't cost you the session.

Feedback and scoring

A feedback report generates asynchronously after the session, covering pacing, filler words and answer structure. It's for you alone — nothing from a practice session is visible to any employer.

Credits

Each session spends one practice credit. Free accounts get a limited number per month; paid tiers get more, and the balance restores on your plan's renewal date, not the calendar month. A session that fails outright because of a genuine microphone or connection fault restores its credit automatically.

If a credit wasn't restored after a session that clearly failed for technical reasons, that's the case to raise as a support ticket — an agent can restore it manually.
