Job search and auto-apply

Updated August 29, 2026

Job search combines saved searches, auto-apply runs and a tracker that follows every application from sent to decided.

Saved searches

A search — location, remote preference, salary band, keywords — can be saved and later turned into an auto-apply run instead of being repeated by hand every day.

How an auto-apply run works

A run locks your default CV the moment it starts, not at the moment each individual application goes out, so changing your default mid-run won't affect applications already queued in it. Runs also pause automatically if match quality against new postings drops below your set threshold, rather than applying indiscriminately.

The tracker

Every sent application moves through Applied → Viewed → Interview → Decision in the tracker. A job only disappears from your tracker when the employer removes the posting entirely — your submitted CV version and cover letter stay in your archive under Applications → Closed either way.

Set your default CV before scheduling a run, not mid-run. If a run is already queued, cancel it, change the default, then re-queue — cancelling doesn't consume any of your applications.
