Exporting batch interview reports for audit
Audit exports differ from ordinary reports in one important way: they are immutable and timestamped. Once generated, the file is hashed and the hash is written to the workspace audit log, so you can later prove the export has not been altered.
Generating one
Analytics → Exports → Audit bundle. Choose the job, the date range, and whether to include media. Bundles with media are large — a 400-candidate job with video runs to several gigabytes — and are delivered as a signed link valid for seven days rather than a direct download.
Check this first
Rows can appear missing if the date range is set on interview date while some sessions were rescheduled. Switch the range to created date to catch them.
What is inside
Every question asked, every answer given, the scoring breakdown with component weights, all proctoring flags including dismissed ones with their dismissal reasons, and the full decision log naming who changed what. Personal data is included by definition, so exports are restricted to roles with the Audit permission.
